You've been discovered by somebody, but who?

The horse-man turned out to be named Maurice, and he was quite friendly, in a drunkenly cheerful sort of way. He offered to show Dale around 'Swashboo', the... collection of buildings (city seemed a little generous a term) that Dale had washed up near.

When Dale asked, Maurice offered an simple explanation: "People just show up here sometimes. It happens." He sounded resigned, maybe a little bitter, and Dale wondered whether it was possible to leave 'here' and go back home, but didn't ask.

By that time they'd gotten to Swashboo proper, and the tour commenced. It mostly consisted of Maurice pointing to some saloon and waxing enthusiastic about the alcohol served there. Dale wondered if there was maybe an information center or a chamber of commerce where he could purchase a map.

Whups I realized I forgot to fix an inking error I made. XD Oy vell, Swashboo is now the proud owner of an MC Escher building. The basement requires 64 steps and three landings to make it down about fifteen feet, and the attic hatch opens up into an antique shop in Ventry.
